NCAA Division II Recruiting Rules

This from our good friend Rick Allen at
http://www.informedathlete.com.

You may have noticed that NCAA Div. II loosened their recruiting rules at the NCAA Convention this past week. Effective June 15, prospects who will be entering their junior year after June 15 will be able to have unlimited contacts (as long as they're during a contact period), phone calls, or text messages from Div. II coaches.  Will be interesting to see what Div. I does in reaction, if anything, and how soon they may act.
