Training / Nutrition / Speed Guide For Athletes

The Webletes staff has developed a one of a kind training opportunity that will separate you from your competition. The Webletes Football Training Manual; “Nutrition, Weight Training and Speed Training” is an instructional guide for a nine week period. Within this program you have a day-to-day, hour-to-hour instruction during the nine weeks. It lays out your nutrition, weight training, and agility. The program includes a monthly calendar/check list.  Within the nutrition component the program tells you what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you need to eat.   Within the weight training section it lays out what lift to perform on the given day and it also instructs you on how many reps and how many sets.  Within the speed training section it guides you through what agility drill to perform that day.  It also tells you how many to do and how fast.   The weight and speed training are also logs so you can keep track of your progress. 


Webletes staff worked hard in developing this program in hopes it will provide our members with an edge that can be the difference from a Division 1 scholarship and a Division 2 scholarship.  We hope that you make the right decision and take advantage of the opportunity you have to rise above your competition.
